Thank you for shopping with Maker Market Supply Co. Please review all product descriptions, sizes, colors, quantities, processing times, and order details carefully before completing your purchase.

All sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.

Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital products, all digital-download purchases are final and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded. Purchasing a digital file does not grant permission to resell, share, copy, distribute, or claim the file as your own unless the product listing specifically states otherwise.

Custom and Personalized Products

Custom, personalized, made-to-order, and cut-to-size products cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded. Customers are responsible for checking names, spelling, colors, sizes, and other submitted details before placing an order.

Colors and Product Variations

Colors may appear slightly different depending on your screen, printer, ink, material, or production method. Handmade and custom products may also have minor variations. These differences are not considered defects and do not qualify for a refund or replacement.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect due to an error on our part, please contact us within three business days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photographs of the product, packaging, and shipping label.

After reviewing the claim, we may provide a replacement, store credit, or another appropriate resolution. Refunds are not guaranteed. Items that have been used, washed, cut, pressed, altered, or otherwise modified are not eligible for replacement or store credit.

Shipping Issues

Maker Market Supply Co. is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier. If tracking shows your package as delivered but you cannot locate it, please contact the carrier and your local post office first. Please make sure your shipping address is complete and correct before submitting your order. Additional shipping charges may apply if an order must be resent because an incorrect address was provided.
